The UTCC Mini MBA learning model is creatively designed for elevating leaners’ skills and expertise for driving changes in business organizations. Today’s global business organizations are successful due to their constant drive to create and deliver value (Value Creation) to meet their customers’ demands through the Co-Creation Value process: a design process based on the Design Thinking concept, responding to business needs that want to develop, innovate or modify. This process will greatly enhance the effective management of products and/or services. The content will cover the conceptual framework, Agile, design thinking process, as well as Practical Workshops that can bring forth business potential to create new business opportunities in the rapidly changing current world.

We are living in a globalized world, …or not? How will COVID have an impact on globalization. Recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic is unlikely to see a return to the previous globalization wave. Therefore, there is an opportunity to address some of the weaknesses of globalization through a more regionally-based world economy offering a better balance between national and international interests, efficiency and resilience between growth, inclusiveness, and equity impacts.

In the digital world, everyone shares stories and builds relationships with each other every day through the online world. Branding is extremely crucial. It is necessary to be part of a consumer conversation network. This course will increase your understanding of the Digital Storytelling process in building a deep and consistent relationship with customers. Learners will receive the opportunity to enhance their knowledge in various topics including Attractive Content, including Mood and Tone to color Storytelling, context of various types of Digital Platforms, aiming to create a focused harmony between Brand Identity, Media Type Content and Target Groups in each channel.
